We follow the Robin Hood Multi Academy Trust Complaints Policy. While we aim to resolve all concerns informally at the earliest stage, parents wishing to file a formal complaint should follow the stages outlined in the MAT Policy. Formal complaints should be addressed to the Headteacher at the school address.
