To ensure you never miss an update, please follow this guide to ensure your Arbor and Medical Tracker settings are correct.

1. In-App Notifications (Arbor)

If you are not receiving "push" notifications on your phone, please check the following:

• Primary Contact Status: By default, Arbor sends in-app notifications to the Primary Guardian. If you are a secondary contact, you will receive emails but may not receive app alerts. Please contact the school office if you believe your status needs to be updated.

• App Settings: 1. Open the Arbor App. 2. Go to Profile > Settings > Notifications. 3. Ensure that notifications are toggled ON.

• Phone System Settings: * iPhone: Go to Settings > Notifications > Arbor > Allow Notifications.

  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Arbor > Notifications > Show Notifications.

2. Emails Going to Spam/Junk

Many parents have reported that emails from Arbor and Medical Tracker are being filtered into Spam folders. To prevent this:

• "Whitelist" our senders: Add the following email addresses to your contacts or "Safe Senders" list:

  • no-reply@arbor-education.com

  • notifications@medicaltracker.co.uk

• Mark as "Not Spam": If you find a school email in your Junk folder, open it and click "Report as not spam" or "Move to Inbox." This "trains" your email provider to trust our messages in the future.

3. Are You Connected?

We currently have 90% of our parents successfully using the Arbor App. Being connected is vital for:

• Booking Parents' Consultations.

• Receiving emergency medical updates via Medical Tracker.

• Consenting to trips and activities.

If you have not yet logged in, please do so this week. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the Arbor login page using the email address the school has on file.
