As we approach the busy spring term, we want to ensure every family is receiving our digital communications. This is particularly important as Parents’ Consultation bookings will open just before half-term. These meetings will take place during the week commencing 2nd March 2026 and must be booked through the Arbor App.

We are currently at a 90% connection rate—thank you to those already onboard. If you are struggling to receive updates, please follow these simple steps:

1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

Emails from Arbor and Medical Tracker are occasionally marked as spam. Please search your "Junk" folder for these names. To fix this, add no-reply@arbor-education.com and notifications@medicaltracker.co.uk to your safe senders list or contacts.

2. Enable In-App Notifications

In-app messages are usually sent to the Primary Contact. Please ensure you have "Push Notifications" enabled within your phone's settings for the Arbor App. This ensures you get an instant alert for urgent news.

3. Get Connected

If you have not yet downloaded or logged into the Arbor App, please do so as soon as possible. Any parents not connected by the end of this week will be contacted individually by the school to provide support.
