British Values at Broadmeadow

We follow a programme of 'British' Values. The concept behind this is to develop children’s spiritual, social, moral and cultural development through giving them opportunities to explore the 'British' values on which our society is based and the vocabulary to express themselves. We look at a different values each half term and this provides a focus for our Collective Worship, Religious Education and Personal and Social Education. These are some of our values:- Caring, Honesty, Friendship, Trust, Respect, Patience, Courage, Happiness, Peace, Responsibility, Hope and Understanding.
